          In Marketing Jargon Funnel means a Customer Journey, the matching process which holds your potential customers for a hand and guides them towards becoming a paying customer through exposing to the skills, knowledge and attributes of the Coach
R.I.P Steve Jobs words describe this process perfectly as follows:

Get closer than ever to your customers. So close that you tell them what they need well before they realize it themselves.”

This process works for Coaches and Consultants who target either specific or a bit broader audience. The results, however, depends on your commitment, message and the market itself.
